Is there a single man who knows the news?
It changes by the tell and by the ear.
More steady is the rapid sea shore wave
Than notion of what happens overseas.
There’s not a man, then, who should focus mind
On those topics that are most topical.
Neglect responsibility to State,
As State neglected you when it was formed;
Be sovereign and bless the argument.
